Okay, I would like your thoughts on what to winnow.

Both sets are things I could take into retirement gladly even though they are larger than 15mm.

A). I have Conquest Miniatures (?) Comanches x 21 mounted and 20 matching on foot.

B) I have some OOP Stan Johansen castings of the FGU aliens from Space Marines:

Blarads x 18

Whistlers x 10

Meek purrs x 8 plus 5 of the robots that serve as grunts (I use older figures for Mekpurr Androids.)

Rauwoofs x 34

Irsol x 1

Assorted human scum X 2 (not their real miniature designation)

Which would you sell and which would you keep?

Cardinal Ximenez13 Dec 2015 6:03 a.m. PST

I'd keep B.

Sell A.

If you sell A, you have to change the portrait on your user page, Senor.

Totally keep B.

I always love units you can morph from mounted to foot.

So A for me.

Wackmole913 Dec 2015 7:24 a.m. PST

Comanche raiding is always make a fun game.

Keep A.

Keep both. You will regret dumping either.

Mute Bystander13 Dec 2015 9:56 a.m. PST

Zippy I still have the soldados de cuera

Mute Bystander13 Dec 2015 9:58 a.m. PST

Allen57, I really do not think I will have regrets either way.

Mako1113 Dec 2015 3:04 p.m. PST

Yea, I agree with Allen.

Surely, they don't take up that much room, and I suspect the return you may get on your sale will be less than you'd like.

Early morning writer13 Dec 2015 10:15 p.m. PST

A, all the way.

Mute Bystander14 Dec 2015 12:01 p.m. PST

Unfortunately much of my 35/28/30+mm stuff has to go for space reasons.

Not a matter of if but what, so making hard choices.

Even the 25mm LWR soldados de cuera are subject to disposal if there are/were smaller replacements.

Mithmee14 Dec 2015 1:51 p.m. PST

Keep A and sell B

SJDonovan14 Dec 2015 4:48 p.m. PST

I reckon you will get more money for B so I would sell B.

Comanches painted to match mounted and foot sounds great! Especially from Conquest, if they are well painted. But do you have US cavalry as well? If not, and you don't know someone who does, i'd sell both lots.

Mute Bystander15 Dec 2015 12:37 p.m. PST

The Comanches were originally bought to clash with the LWR Soldados but the modern weapons look out of place and replacing them (I have the appropriate weapons) seems now to be too much work given my changing figure size to 15/6/3 mm for most eras/genres.

Mute Bystander15 Dec 2015 12:38 p.m. PST

Mako11,

Yes they do for the future space available.

Any money is more than I get by keeping them in a case.

I think you're the only one who can make that call. Which are you likely to use again in 2016?

Mute Bystander10 Jan 2016 6:41 p.m. PST

A none at all

B has a remote chance
