Today, we did a Samurai skirmish game at the club, having a horde of Ikko-Ikki fanatics attacking a village.

Looks like a fun game. What rules did you use? Gaming the shogun period in Japan always seemed like it would be fun, but I've never belonged to a group that wanted to do it or had the energy/funds to tackle it on my own.

Thanks, the rules used are an old set I made several years ago, which are still on our website at this link

I am actually, at this moment, writing up a new faster play set for my club.
I will post on TMP when its done!

We use 'Battles in the age of war' by Peter Pig for our Samurai games, includes sieges
