"Today, Season 2 of Serial launched. Over the course of between eight and 10 episodes, the show will examine the story of Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl, a U.S. soldier who left his post in Afghanistan and was subsequently captured by the Taliban, who imprisoned him for five years. I guess the media wants to make the exchange seem like the right thing to do. The man walked away from his post when all he needed to do was ask for mast with the commanding officer. If he did not think that would work he could request that he go to the next level. Sorry, I do not buy a prisoner on this one. |
