At the end of October at What-Khan I had the opportunity to play in a demo version of WWI CoC.

I had played WWII a few times and own the rules so I decided to give it a try since my friend Phil and his brother James were running the Demo.

Unfortunately now I am hooked and this will likely be the next period of miniature gaming I explore. I enjoyed it as much or more so that WWII.

The demo was well put together and the rules moved very fluidly so Kudos to Phil and James.

In my scenario I was commanding Austrians defending against and British infantry assault with tank support.

Below are a few pics of the setup and action.

The highlight of the game was when my MMG aced the MarkIV as well as the remnants of a grenadier squad rushing forward to pummel a British section hunkered down in a crater.

The British commander eventually lost his nerve and withdrew.

These were 28mm. Not my collection, but I believe most of them came from Old Glory 25s.

I take it 'CoC' is not an abbreviation for Call of Cthulhu.
