I'm not sure I go with the fine-dining metaphor, but one nice thing about skirmish gaming is that you can change rules and not have to re-base…
I prefer miniature battles on the smaller side--if I want to explore Waterloo, or Leipzig, I'll use a board game. |

Big battle(Division vs division and bigger, some people don't concider divsion vs division as big battle tho) I do paint WW2 on skirimish bases, but I have very little interst in actualy gaming with them. |
