Really? I Ordered 2 mats 10 weeks ago and have emailed twice and still NOTHING!
Not going to be a return customer nor one that would recommend them either.

Ordering from Hotz is always a game of chance. Be surprised if it comes quickly….don't be surprised if it doesn't. |

I ordered two mats from him via email in mid January this year. Payed using PayPal on the site. The mats turned up in a week. No complaints. He responded to my email questions within a day. |

Same here. I ordered start December for Christmas. Eric delivered. Great email chats about his mats and the naval rules. Big fan of eric. He is so helpful – if you are missing something chat to him I have had great service three times now |
