A lot of the conclusions seem to make sense, though as you'll see at the very end, the writer gets the winning manufacturer wrong, so that calls into question many of the other conclusions he's made as well, at least for me.

Of course, given the lawsuit filed by Boeing/Lockheed, perhaps the Northrop win may be overturned, eventually. Time will tell, but given Northrop's previous stealth aircraft wins and tech, my money is still riding on them to be the ultimate winner.

I was a bit surprised by two assertions in the article, regarding the B-3s speed capabilities and weapons payload as well. I hope he's wrong about those points as well.

Would have thought by now someone would insert a "can't sue if you lose" clause into the bidding process. It's not like Boeing/Lockheed don't get their turn at the teat.
