Hi 3.5 weeks ago I placed my first order with Wargames Foundry in many years. Only a couple of packets to finish off some lansknechts. I got the confirmation emails, and then silence. I emailed them again on the weekend and have yet to receive a response. I'm on the other side of the world from them, so is it normal for deliveries to take 4 weeks or more? I'm experiencing much faster turn around from other providers. Cheers Phil |

I have experienced 1-5 weeks delivery time to the US. Last order was sent fairly quickly but the one before took a week to get in the mail. I assume it depends on their planned conventions and stock level. |

Phil, I'm in Colorado, so not as far from Nottingham as you are. Here are the dates for my last three Foundry orders: Ordered July 3, 2014 Received July 30, 2014 27 days Ordered Dec 6, 2014 Received Jan 21, 2015 46 days Ordered June 19, 2015 Received July 6, 2015 17 days They're all over the place, time wise. About the only thing I can say for the 46 day order is that it was over Christmas, which usually entails some delay. Grelber |

Ordered figures from Foundry and they ran the order on 26 Oct, but it didn't ship till much later and I'm still waiting. Dixon order made after Foundry arrived and Copplestone came in just over a week. Great service from both Dixon and Copplestone. Brigade Games arrived in about a week also, as usual for their good service. All this for A FILL OF KUNG FOO. Amazing what a rules set will generate in connected minuatures. |

Send them an email and point them to this thread. I suspect it'll grow as others note recent order/delivery time scales. Waiting 46 days for an order is ridiculous but I wonder if they had to have a mould remastered? Or perhaps they are short staffed – trying to save the wage bill. |

46 days? That used to be the standard mate. |

I placed the order on October 12th and was told November 4th when I emailed them it was shipped on October 13th. Now it is 45 days and still nothing. Really I expected some wait but thought even though I am in the USA it would not be that bad. Foundry told me "Most of our order to America arrive within one or two weeks but unfortunately the odd one gets stuck in the system and takes the full 6 weeks to reach its destination." I am on the east coast so technically distance to them as the USA goes is better. Not going to help I can see. Last order I think from me. Just not sure it is worth the wait. |

I ordered their Victorian era deepsea diver set it took 3 weeks to get to California. When I received the set it was missing the pump operator, I emailed them and they did send out immediately and that tool 3 week to get to me. |

The wait coupled with their high prices means I can't order from them anymore. :( |

I wonder if there is anyway to figure out the postal transit time? I'm in the States and in the past year I ordered from the Perrys twice. Both times I got a notice that the order was shipped within a day or two. In one case I received the parcel in 9 days, in the other it took a month. I attribute that to the post rather than the Perrys. |

Actually that would be US customs instead of the Post Office. There was an item I and a bunch of others ordered from England. All shipped with tracking numbers. Others got theirs about two weeks before I did. The tracking data stopped at customs before starting again when released to the postal service. |
