Comments or corrections?

I lent out my copy of Ian Heath's Dark Age Armies to somebody and I never got it back. I was wondering if there is a more current book of a similar nature available now? If not, does anyone know if this title is still available?

Check abebooks.com for a used copy. AFAIK, it has been out of print for a good while.

I just checked Amazon and it is now available as a reprint in hardback!

I've never let any of the "wrg" books out of my house, for fear of loosing them. By chance does the reprint have corrections or any new information? Not that Mr. Heath had any errors in his book.

oldbob:

Yeah, that was an error on my part. One of the problems is that I can't remember who I lent it to. There are three prime suspects.

The printer indicates that the new edition includes an updated bibliography.

Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way, three different Books left my Library years ago never to be seen again.
