So I'm looking at my Fallschirmjager MG42 team from Warlord and all of them have shoulder straps on their smocks. I've not really ever seen this on any photos of jump smocks so I was wondering if they were supposed to be there and maybe just not as noticeable in the photos.

FJ jump smocks don't have shoulder straps. Luftwaffe Field Div camo jackets do though, are you sure they aren't LFD?

No they're smocks one later and two early versions. The photo on warlord's site just has them painted over so I guess I'll just do that or file them off.

Maybe the FJs are wearing Luftwaffe cammo jackets… common in LW period?
But I agree shave them off… :)
