Sebitar Workshop started their Indiegogo campaign for a rather odd, but kinda funny project. The sculpts look really good (at least for me, but YMMV), and I was in need of some Earth Elementals for my KoW dwarves, so yay – wonder how they look once painted up.

Hmmm. Well, why not?

A rock army in a few easy steps:

1. Go out into your garden or a handy beach
2. Select a number of pebbles of a suitable size
3. Take them home and wash them
4. Paint eyes on them and mount them on suitable bases.

Total cost – next to nothing!!

IMHO these look a tad better than random rocks picked up on the street, but if you feel like that…

OK – to add another step to MajorB's plan.
3a. Use your dremmel tool to carve eyes.

Would probably take about five minutes for all the 'rock warriors' shown on the indiegogo page linked to above.

I thought that the range would include this

I think that's an example of someone trying to prove that there's a sucker born every minute.

Well this can line up against those HOTT armies made of pasta etc.
I might get some to use as scenery-Pukel men statues come to mind.

What is really funny is seven people backed that…
