Fire in the East (NJCON 8) will be held on June 10th and 11th, 2016. We will be returning again this year to the New Jersey Convention Center in Edison, NJ. (97 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837) Our name has changed, but this remains one of the most fun and action filled weekends of gaming to be found on the east coast. Come see what makes this New Jersey's Premier Wargaming Convention!
-Games of most any historical period or genre.
-Several tournaments are being planned including ADLG, FOW and more…
-Vendors for all your hobby needs

Recently Sunday hasn't been popular in recent days, for the HMGS East conventions either. I remember playing in some really fun games at Fall In on Sunday morning. This year there were only a handful of games on Sunday. |

Hello EJNashIII, Sunday attendance would not support the additional rental cost. The Friday- Saturday model has worked well for us over the years. We have doubled our attendance over the last few years. Hope you can join us this year it should be another great show. |

Thanks. I would have suggested that you come join us, but it's a bit of a haul from Washington State! March is almost upon us and GM Game Registration will be here in about a month. Time to put the finishing touches on all those great games! Tom

Hello Don, Website is njcon.org Friday- High Noon until things die down…must be closing by midnight Saturday- 9 AM until clean up/Breakdown. Usually out by 1 AM We had open gaming but its very few tables since we mostly have GMs running their games. Around 50 games last year and Several Tourneys. I have some small tables available in the main Hallway- 4 x 6 size. |

Hours are 12-1 Friday and 8am-1am on Saturday.
I wouldn't say there is a lot of room for pickup games. Friday usually has some room. Saturday's are typically very full. Ask one of the staff to help you find a spot… If there is room we'll gladly accommodate you. njcon.org Don't worry pvi99th… Neither am I! TRU |

How did you find our new registration process? We would be very interested in your feedback. We revamped our GM/Attendee registration to allow users to go back and change their game details whenever needed. We hope you find it helpful. -Fire in the East (NJCON 8)

I really liked it. The process, because it was different, was surprising, but it was very easy to do and navigate. I am really happy to be able to change game details as needed, not that I have ever really needed to. It just seems more user friendly. |
