So let's make some stats.
In first edition, the Black Orcs were 4 points, 4" movement, 4 fighting and 3 support. No special abilities.
If we make them heavy infantry…
3 points – 3" move – 4 fight, 2 support
That's about all we can do, under the standard army building rules.
