"That's right, Alexandrians. Drink what you want to drink, eat what you want to eat, go where you want to go, kiss whom who wish to kiss. Life is a cabaret, old chum.

"Now," tonight's episode of "The Walking Dead," brings Alexandria to the brink of destruction, at the hands of walkers, thousands of hands attached to thousands of walkers. The herd that broke off from the horde has arrived, and they are 20-deep, surrounding the corrugated walls of this little solar-powered village. It's beyond anything any of them have ever seen. It's beyond their ability to cope with or combat. It seems beyond their ability to survive.

At the open, residents are piling up dead bodies and surveying the damage from the Wolves attack. Deanna climbs the parapet, looks down upon her crumbling dream. Michonne delivers the hard news to Maggie that Glenn was lost in that town. Nobody knows what happened to him. This is a town a town on edge…"

"Now" is just filler… Where were the other guys from Michone group?… they don't show them neither Carol, the trully heroe of the defense of the town against the wolves… who doubt that the little bastard want to lern to shoot to put a bullet against Rick?… Aaron and Jessie are the only two persons of Alexandrie who deserves to survive!…

What do you think?

Well we still don't know what happened to Glenn. I wouldn't be surprised if the big surprise is he did survive.
What was the liquid on the wall at the end? Was it blood?

Looks like next week is a Daryl centric episode.

Really enjoying this series.

So, there was another episode last Sunday? I saw the one with Glenn but nothing recorded last Sunday. I thought they were on break or something.

*Spoiler*
I have a feeling that Glenn will return as a walker…

Think season 2…

I hope he is alive, but that isn't how this show does things. If it looks like they can't survive, then they don't unless you are Rick or Darryl.

Hmmmm, let me guess:

1. chased by zombies;
2. do battle with them, and kill lots;
3. make a narrow escape;
4. a little downtime for the characters to interact, and to bond, or not, as the writers' whims dictate;
5. and, rinse and repeat.

Not reading as I've yet to see it. Was hoping tonight but had to get my truck to the body shop.

Do you consider that Alexandria is lost?

I've watched all of it but I think the show is losing its way, to the extent that I'm starting to question whether it's worth continuing to watch. The story doesn't move on fast enough. Too many side-tracks, detail that doesn't really matter, the equivalent of christopher tolkien's offerings on Middle Earth.
Why has no-one thought of using a spear and a riot shield? A bunch of people together could cut a swathe through them. I understand it might make it too easy, but if the story moved fast enough I wouldn't have time to think about elements that don't make sense. How hard can it be to find somewhere that can't be made safe when the opponents can't actually think? EIther move it on or bring it to a sensible conclusion – don't make it another Lost.

A riot shield is good until the zombies grab onto the shield and pull. Speed and quiet weapons (i.e. not guns) are the most effective.

And the humans are the ones who have brought down every stronghold they've worked to create. The prison wasn't brought down by walkers, but by the Governor and his troops. Alexandria is having problems, but all the real tragedies have been human, not the zombies.

Tango0111 Nov 2015 10:23 p.m. PST

Well… now they are at their gates… and in a huge number! (smile)

Like they did at the prison. Open a strong chain link fence and starting popping heads from behind it with pointy sticks. It will take some time, but what else do you have to do? When to many bodies pile up, move to another location down the wall.

14Bore12 Nov 2015 4:43 p.m. PST

I'm seeing reasons they are going to stay and fight the horde.

Twoball Cane12 Nov 2015 8:24 p.m. PST

I love this show……

But the Alexandria's on the wall looking down at the masses of Zeds…..why not get a long pike….and while their just staring ……start stabbing them from above

Howler13 Nov 2015 9:30 p.m. PST

Rick had a good plan. Vehicles move half of walkers in opposite direction. They return and do the same thing with the herd surrounding Alexandria and paradise is saved. Simple, cept I don't think it's going to work out that way.

darthfozzywig14 Nov 2015 7:33 p.m. PST

Wonder how many bodies stack up before the Zs have a ramp/escalade to cross the wall?
