Hi guys, I just recently purchased my first copy of digital Wargames Illustrated through the WI website. I downloaded the WI app and tried to sign into it to read my digital copy. But when I sign in its saying my account does not exist. A question for those who use the app, just ttrying to confirm if the app login details are your Wargames Illustrated account details? I have asked the WI people this question but no reply yet.

WI's electronic delivery format is, IMHO, pants. If it was a more conventional and thus easy to use type such as a PDF I would be tempted, but not a chance with things as they are. |

Sorry mate I can't help you. All I can say is that I've stopped getting the magazine in electronic format simply because of the inordinate amount of time it takes to download.
What I will say is keep an eye out for a reply because I've asked a few questions on there and they will eventually answer. |

Another problem with the app is that unlike a pdf, each time I open an issue, it starts at the first page again and you have to swipe through to get back where you were. |

All sorted everyone, thanks to Mark at WI. The problem came from my huge fingers typing my user name in on my iPhone keypad. |
