Suppose the OP of a TMP thread is asking about Climate Change in the Age of Hammurabi.
Somehow the discussion veers into whether James Buchanan was the first gay president.
Is this a Bad Thing?

2) Hijacking a thread is always wrong.
1) If the question has been answered already, what's the beef?
A) Squirrel!
€) This is a conversation, doofus. It's the Interwebs. Lighten up Francis.
3.14) There is no 3.14.
B) If the OP is upset about the hijacking, let him go herd cats.
5) Have boobies been outlawed? In that case, Zardoz!

Buchanan was a happy and carefree person? Wow. I didn't know that.

Thread jacking was good enough for my great great grandfather so it is good enough for me.

As long as we're all agreed that Monty could hijack a thread way better than Patton…

I thought going off the point was the entire purpose of the internet. It isn't an exam where we have to answer set questions.

What?! Them's fightin' words!

Unleash the unicorns of war! unicorn unicorn unicorn

Best take them seriously, too. They're trained to steal beer…. guinness

skippy000105 Nov 2015 2:23 p.m. PST

Just pflegstrum it, I mean, really!

Coyotepunc and Hatshepsuut05 Nov 2015 2:38 p.m. PST

We might be getting a cat soon. My wife and daughters are very excited about this.

Norman D Landings05 Nov 2015 3:12 p.m. PST

I've checked every room, and there's definitely no beer in the house.

It may be because I didn't buy beer. It may be because trained unicorns stole it. There's just no way to tell.

Best finish off the scotch. I mean, why take the chance?

I've already started retraining the unicorns to steal scotch.

Keep in mind that I have no idea what the disagreement is about now.

In fact, in the interests of a peace accord, I'll settle for a snifter.

How do you find the time?

Ivan DBA06 Nov 2015 2:29 a.m. PST

Everyone knows that pegasi are much better scotch securers than unicorns.

Stealth100006 Nov 2015 2:47 a.m. PST

Yes 15mm for me too.

Green Tiger06 Nov 2015 3:00 a.m. PST

I see it as a conversation – it may start with something specific but the tangents can be more interesting…

skinkmasterreturns06 Nov 2015 5:34 p.m. PST

What? Behind the rabbit?

Mako1107 Nov 2015 3:20 p.m. PST
