Got another 15mm galley game in this year at Treefort.
Up to 30 of the old minifigs ships now. Romans and Greek allies vs a Successor state and allies.
Some nice photos and a write up at Stelios' Mini Monday

Like the galleys – what scale are they?

Great stuff! Nice to see a lot of galleys not just two or three. What was the drag with the rules ? If I find a game ends quickly it is sometimes good to change sides and play it again.Any specific scale for the game or just relative ?

Agreed, but IMHO still not enough. Ancient galley battles were typified by involving hundreds of ships.

Hey Guys,
these '15mm' galleys were produced by Minifigs years ago. The molds seem to have disappeared. Over the years I've managed to acquire about 30 or so. Always on the look out for more.
No set scale, I started with My Galley Salley rules and kept modifying over the years. As the number of galleys and players increased I started streamlining the rules. Always aimed it for convention players.

Nice looking game — brings back lots of good memories…

Are you really still looking for ships? I have a total of 6 (1 large and 2 small each, Greek/Persian) that are beautifully painted and ready to be sold to a deserving home. Just the galleys, mind you — I've no idea where the crews have got to over the decades.

I'm in Los Angeles and can send you photos, etc. if interested.

Hello dpkworldwide,

Do you still have your ships? I might be interested. Please contact me. Thank you
