Are these 4 buildings HO scale or 25/28mm? Who makes them?

They look like the 25/28mm models sold by Chilton Models, but cannot remember who sells them now. |

They are indeed Chiltern, from their Vietnam range. I have them and they are very nice. HOWEVER, to fit in with the very large figures, they are more like 30mm. As far as I know, they are not currently available, but stand to be corrected. SHQ carry the figures, but not the buildings. |
