From the FAQ What constitutes harassment? Any member of TMP has the privilege of expressing his opinion. Harassment is when a person goes beyond mere expression of opinion, and begins to wage a "war" on someone or some thing through forum postings. For example, it's OK to post that you don't like a particular company because they have poor customer service, or you don't like their products. But it's harassment if you follow them from topic to topic, whining about them.
And yet every topic on Hasslefree or Kingdom Death, we get the same vulgar complaints – "ugly, fat, hip dysplasia" – repeated by the same individual, and have done for years. |
