Hi folks, I would like to thank Rob of Eureka Miniatures USA for his excellent customer service. My most recent order arrived promptly today, less than three days after making my order on the Eureka USA web site. My praise is simple: I believe that Rob treats his customers the same way that he would like to be treated himself. And I appreciate that! Jeff |

Same same for me. Order late Friday morning figures at the door Monday afternoon. It would have been sooner, however, the post office doesn't work Sunday. |

I would add, I have never had an issue with miscast figures with them. |

Tried to start a new thread but it didn't seem to take. So a big shout out of awesome to Rob at Eureka U.S. Two day turnaround. Order submitted on the 28th and received today. |
