I helped Baron Von J run a 54mm Wars of the imaginations game at recruits this year- and by help, I really mean I made a new line of 54mm "woodens", and painted one of the armies.
This was the premier of my new 54mm Wars of Imaginations (very closely resembling Wars of Spanish Succession… hmm) wooden soldier range, and it was thrilling to see them based up and on the battlefield en masse for the first time.

Where can I get those trees and buildings? |

Dear Green knight4 I make my own. Bring in Vector art, print them out on Avery shipping labels, (full sheet) they're pre-glued, just peel off the back, put on foam core, cut out and make the slots, then double side it, paint over the edges and you're done. I make my trees with slots like the egg-crates in cases of wine so they can be put to gether and be stable without a base, and then when you want to transport them, knock them down flat. |

Greenknight- I bought those trees at Michaels art supply already painted. I touched them up a bit and added bases. The buildings (and my own trees, as well as gabions, etc) will be available next year when I launch this line. Cheers Ths skullandcrown.blogspot.com |
