Months ago, my friend Hugh started painting a 15mm Carthaginian army. He asked me how I paint my 15mm armies and we began trading emails. Happy with this method, my friend took our emails and turned them into a painting guide to share out. It's a block, wash and highlight method broken down with pics and steps, all up on my blog here.
