It's strange you should post this. I've also been working on a hydra the past few days (I just took a moment off from him a few minutes ago). Mine is by Alternative Armies: link He is huge! One of the challenges in painting him has actually been how heavy the sculpt is--it feels a little like painting a bowling ball. Like yours, he has some serious mould lines, and none of the heads fit very well, but he's come together and will be an imposing presence on the tabletop once completed. I'm quite proud of him. Your hydra looks wonderful, by the way. I hope you keep posting any future additions to your mythology project. |
