Spoiler Alert This has nothing to do with wargaming

There is a cable channel called METV that shows a lot of old TV shows.

It has been renamed to H&I (Heroes and Icons) and is showing old "cop" shows: Mannix, Hunter, Hill Street Blues, The Commish, NYPD Blue, plus Combat!, Twelve O'Clock High, Renegade and 21 Jump Street.

They have Svenghoulie too (at least used to before the name change). A horror movie show where Svenghoulie has bits between commercials – which are actually interesting.

Agree Svenghoulie is interesting (not near as funny as he seems to think he is). I wish they could have brought back Elvira in his place.

What… Rubber chickens aren't funny.

Whaddya mean the rubber chickens aren't funny?!?!?!

Okay, they're not funny. But the show is intended to be campy.

I watch Svenghoulie every Saturday night. More often than not I'm sawing wood by the first commercial, but I love those horror, Sci Fi, and 50s drive-in movies. My wife has been hooked on the old Perry Mason episodes.

MeTV is great! We're back to watching Mash again. I thought I saw them flash the Rat Patrol logo in their promo, but sadly no. Didn't know they were showing Combat! again. I binge watched it a few years ago. Not sure my brain is ready for it again.

Unfortunately "MeTV" is dead and has been reincarnated as "H&I".

tberry7403 really? I am watching Rockford files on MeTv right now.

The channel also broadcasts " The Adventures of Superman", "Lost in Space", the original "Start TreK", Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea", "Night Gallery", "Get Smart", "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.", and "F Troop", with a top off of "Land of the Lost" and "H.R. Puf'n'Stuff". And "Mod Squad". Svengoolie is kinda funny, too…

I get it on my digital tier from TWC. Not aware they changed their name. Hoping they'll show "Laugh-In" some time soon.

You can't get it on DirecTV or Didh around these parts.
Contact your local Xfinity salesman. grin

I keep forgetting about this channel. I spend more time on the computer than on TV anyway.

There's another called Decades on my cable system that shows old TV shows like MeTV -- maybe they're owned by the same company because they seem to have many of the same shows. Unfortunately, the commercial time outnumbers the program time, but on a good episode of something, just switch the channel for 5 minutes and come back…
