Hmm … it might LOOK pretty (those contour lines and colours are rather neat) but put toy soldiers on it and unless the players are REALLY careful they'll be accidentally modifying the terrain left right and centre. Make the slopes too steep and your figures will fall over. This appears to be dry sand so wil get everywhere (I know, A friend of mine had a sand table many years ago and the sand did go everywhere, even though it was wetted down for moulding.).
