All, I understand that in the 2014 Xmas special TFL did a rules set for WWI using Chain of Command. Can anyone tell me what these rules contain? Are they a complete update or just for a specific campaign? Do they cover the main tanks, artillery, other support weapons? Just curios as to what I get before I purchase.

Its hard to call it a complete update as such, more of a merger of the rules with Chain of Command as the core ruleset with Mud & Blood rules wrapped around it as needed to cover the more unique aspects of WWI combat. It does contain everything you need to play including a campaign.
