The sci-fi steampunk exists as Scibor proves it with that dwarven armor in 28 mm.

Not really "steampunk" to me. More like Squat in ornate 40K power armor.

Basic anatomy would help. In order for his arms to be in those positions his shoulder joints and deltiods would have to be in line with his forehead and his neck about attached to his breastbone. The armor would not allow for anything but sticking his arms straight out as they are. Never mind his hips are three to three and a half times proportionally wider then feesibe and with legs that stumpy dynamic running is out of the question.
The surface details are beautifully sculpted and the face is nice also, but overall the miniature is mostly ludicrous
