I'm spending some time in Vermont. I know the actual Bennington battlefield in New York is not much to see. Is the diorama in the Bennington battle monument worth the admission? One of my wife's ancestors was on the winning side there. |

Thanks. The monument is in Vermont. The actual battlefield is across the border in new York, badly preserved or at least badly marked. But I'll give the diorama a look. |

Vermont kinda' a "break-away" portion of New York at that point. |

Been by several times, but never stopped. Crown Point and Ticonderoga are worth a trip. Bob |
