Anybody make one? Also a couple of polar bears and people to go with it. The only 15mm bears i have found are from splitered light, and they are all on all fours, I really want a couple reared up. Anybody ever see such a thing?

A few igloos here, only ones I found, in my short search:

You could start with the wide side of a plastic Easter egg, spackle, spray it white & done…
Just a thought, Good hunting!

Not that I'm aware of.

You could use the traditional assembly method though, using thick cut styrene, or white foam blocks. Less fiddly than making a real one, since it's not as cold, and you can glue them in place as you go, in the comfort of your own home.

I bought a few igloos from an educational toy shop that carries plastic animals (mostly) singly in big plastic jars – maybe 75 cents each. They are probably largish 15mm, average 20mm or – conceivably – one or two person igloos for 28mms with squeeze-tight entrances.

I don't have a source to give you, sorry.

Mako I helped make one in a winter survival class once. white foam sounds a lot more fun.

Thanks all appreciate the help

If you want to send me the dimensions you want, I can make one for you to print off Shapeways.

I made some a few years ago out of white polymer clay, I used Sculpey. It was pretty easy as Sculpey doesn't set until you bake it so I had plenty of time to get it right. I needed quite a few so once I had made the first one I used Oyumaru to make a simple push mould to speed up production. Mine were 28mm but I think it would be easier to make 15mm ones.

If you do not like a do it yourself one, you can buy one in this Safari Ltd Arctic TOOB:

Or cast as many as you would like from this mold (I think using the above as a master):

That tube one does look very nice, if it's a suitable size.

Never got to make an igloo, Badger, but I have made and slept in a snowcave. Good fun!
