This underused board has been changed to the Email and Internet Gaming board. Maybe the new name will help people find it and use it.

If it's underused why not remove it? I believe the idea was it is underused because people didn't know what it was. If this doesn't invigorate it, I would expect a follow-on recommendation to remove it.
