Louisbourg is a bit out of the way but a fantastic place to visit.

Just before my trip there, I told the hotel manager I was off to see "Louie"bourg, and she corrected me: "It's Lewis-bourg – we won!"

We'll be having dinner there one eveing during the Celtic Colors Restival. This will be our third visit and I can't wait to go back, it's a great place.
