Icarus Miniatures show in their Kiki , a sci-fi skirmish game in 28 mm opposing humans and aliens, some new figures.

Actually, they say the game is 35mm scale, but it looks to be somewhat overstated:

While the renders are nice and the single miniature they have for sale looks nice enough nothing about this appears in any particular way original so far. There may be a market for this (after all, there was for Fallen Frontiers 4X) but I personally fail to muster enthusiasm.
