Then why aren't you naming them as previously planned? |

So there'll be a part three? |

Just name and be done. Come with an update if he delivers as promised. We certainly get enough "wow! Company A delivered what they said they would!". So lets hear the other side as well :) |

I'm setting my DVR for the season finale episode. |

I think kyoteblue is acting responsibly. A "Dealer X is a rip-off artist" post will turn up on Google searches for pretty much ever, so it's best to be circumspect. The corollary being, when you have been ripped off, you should post far and wide. |

You know kyoteblue, that every day you delay, other people might also fall victim to this individual! |

Whenever you name it, they are guaranteed to turn up a day later :-D |

If the order is coming in international mail, it's usually not the dealer's fault. KB may like the figures and may want (or have to) order more from the guy. If he pulled the trigger and publicly named and shamed, he most likely would have tainted a relationship he was hoping to foster. I agree with von Ted and Jeff above. KB is acting responsibly after venting his frustration here. Probably a better post would have been to post after resolution with his experience. Many of us hit that "Send Key" while still steamed instead of waiting a bit. I'm hoping it all turns out well and he follows up again here. Tom |

I have been so very fortunate in my purchases from companies and individuals from here in the US and abroad in China, UK, Poland and Ukraine I expect I am more than a bit spoiled. Had a glitch with a Ukraine supplier on Ebay but got a full refund via the Resolution Process. Got miffed about an aftermarket product that was over priced for what you got because it was advertised by a drawing that showed a lot more parts than actually were in the kit. I posted a Negative and a bitter comment way too fast. The seller was correct in replying to me he would have given me a full refund if I contacted him first. My VERY BAD! As Tom says above hitting "Send" when PO'ed is not wise. |

Is this supplier in the US or overseas? |

If you are not going to name them, then why post about it. What do you expect everyone to do about it? What possible good does it do? In some way does it make you feel better to whine or does it give you some sort of moral authority. I am a good guy because I can resist actually naming companies and individuals. |
