A MASSIVE thanks to Calvin for the venue, the troops (30,000 28mm & my poor 300 28mm), the game, the company and the weekend.

A BIG get your act together to ALL those that promised BUT NEVER bothered to turn up and let him down, hold your heads in shame. Please guys don't promise what you have no intention to carry out.

If us guys from Birmingham hadn't of come up (after a three and half hour drive) that poor man would have gone to all that trouble on his own, would have been on his own and would have to have taken his toys back on his own.

The Sheffield mob cancelled only because of the date change they are forgiven.

How frustrating. I organised a huge Waterloo mega-game for the 200th, thankfully most under promised and over delivered, travelling considerable distances to do so in many cases. But one local guy fails to turn up without a word to me, then strolls in to the FLGS a month later as if nothing had happened.

We exchanged words and he knows how I feel about it, all good now, but it is so frustrating at the time…
