I saw this video on how to make edible Lego, and I thought surely those enterprising folks among us could turn this idea into a way to make edible gaming figures:

I guess even edible scenery too..

Press molds and chocolate chip cookie dough.

Really cool. All I kept thinking about was how these would go over very well at kid's birthday parties and such. Really net idea.

Here is a place to get an assortment of neat ice trays.

When I worked for GW I made RTV silicone molds of the old metal Space Marine Captain and cast up 100 of them in chocolate for staff.

I don't think any of them survived!

A really neat idea!

Have you ever thought of wargaming with Gummi Bears?

I've now got this thought in my head … 50 quid for a mould … hmmmm… novel Christmas presents… AAAAAARRRRRGGGG……..

We always use gummy bears as the monsters when playing RPG's. You get to eat your kills and give everyone the sugar rush needed for a long session.

At Halloween, we always pull out a few games where counters and randomizers are replaced with candy and add the benefit of eating your opponent's candy based on success.

Right after Christmas (and Thanksgiving and Halloween any more), we grab up a few on sale gingerbread kits and have kaiju fights in the village.

Chocolate figures get messy with handling and SWMBO, DOM, and SOM all dislike marzipan.

Sometimes to get the kids to play a game I have used gummy bears Idea for the zombies. You kill it you eat it basically.
Makes for some brave and entertaining gameplay.
As for making your own models I would use marzipan.

I just chow down on the lead figures.

Hasn't affected me a bit

I think the Lego gummy candy is a good way to teach 2 year olds to eat real Logo toys.
