"It is one of the most famous military victories in British history, but now the public are being invited to join a hunt for untold stories of the Battle of Waterloo.

Volunteers are being sought to sift through a huge archive of documents and journals including first-hand accounts of the clash in 1815.

The National Army Museum wants amateur historians to take part in a project to publish personal letters, official documents and journals online by transcribing and tagging hundreds of images of objects…"
