Works for me though it does take a while to load. It is Narco-Submarines Specially Fabricated Vessels Used For Drug Smuggling Purposes

The link did not work for me, either. So I googled "Narco…Bunker, Editors" and the first result was a pdf-file of 164 pages. I assume this was what you meant, doc ? This was the link:
