Take ghost pepper (to your taste) and add it to 1/4 cup vinegar in a decent sized bowl. Add sliced red onion to the bottom then dry lima beans and just enough water to cover them. Put it in the fridge overnight to rehydrate. Fry up the beans and onions in a pan with just a touch of peanut oil. Just a touch. This should be mostly a "dry fry". Serve over rice with a touch of red pepper and tabasco.
