After a few weeks of enforced rest because of my damaged back I was able to finish off a few projects over the past couple of weeks and this was one of them, 28mm Vikings. They are as yet unbased so please forgive the temporary card bases. The flag is of course one of my own creations and really looks effective. It was surprisingly easy to fix and cut despite the saw tooth edge, and from cutting out to touching over the white edges only took five minutes or so.

Very nicely done, especially the flag.

And after close inspection… those are not shield transfers either. Very nice.

These were painted for me by Steve at Wargames Designs and I'd like to endorse the comments above. Steve, you've done an excellent job, and I look forward to my parcel of freshly painted Vikings.
