At AB, you will find some Hussars and Light Dragoons in 18 mm for the Napoleonic Wars.

They aren't French. I think the "NED" in the figure codes is a clue.

"Wrong" scale of course. But they indeed look like North and South (United) Netherlands light cavalry…in some cases mounted on some tiny ponies though……….
