Spent my childhood summers in the Lake George area. Bolton Landing to be exact. We rented a lake front cabin for 2 weeks every year. And every year, we did the history tour and boy, I loved every minute of it. At the end of the first week, they knew me by name at Fort William Henry. Just wandering around in those woods, imagining what it was like 250 years ago, was really inspiring. Thanks for this. |
