Not new.

Tony sent me pics of the new US and Germans last week… Some great stuff coming.

But these are from the old AB range.

These sets are quite old now, as Piers says. But they have recently been reissued ( from new moulds ) but with a slightly different choice of poses . Since we had to make a completely new set of moulds after the transfer to Eureka , I have revised several sets to make them more consistent.

Tony,
While we have your attention, any chance for US Para's and German's with assault rifles?

And, and, and and…..ok, maybe not.

You always have my attention , Von Blucher…
Seriously , I do what I can ,in the way of small incremental sets, but large ranges are now increasingly difficult because of my arthritis.I simply cannot please everyone.
I have spent a lot of time this year making the 1812 French, and I have paid for it.

If I made US Paras, if you think for a moment, they would need something like sixty new figures , and there would still be the problem of early uniform or late uniform, Ardennes winter clothing etc. So whatever I make somebody would still be unhappy. I realise something is better than nothing, but it's still a major project.
Late Germans with StuGw are quite likely however.

Thank you for your response back and totally understand the issues of arthritis, as I get some instances of it myself lately while painting. My feeling I'm sure are shared by many of the fans of your figures that what ever your output is, we are there to make a purchase.

I think we keep bringing up US Para's as this seems to be a glaring hole in your figure line for Normandy, but totally understand not everyone would be happy if that's all you ended up adding to your range. Good news though on the possibility of Late War German's with Assault Rifles and thanks again for your response.

Thanks for the understanding and positive reply. I absolutely love making figures, but unfortunately the work doesn't like me.

I keep praying your arthritis will let up Tony – if it does, you gotta do those Normandy American Paras!!!! All the best and many thanks once again for the best ranges available !!!
