This is my build of the Pegasus Arial Hunter Killer. The Pegasus HK is a fun build and it does not take long to do. The kit has a few problems in the nose section with some sloppy parts fit but this was overcome with some sanding. The big problem was that my kit came with a double parts tree of one of the parts. Basically instead of a right and a left I got a two lefts. I E-mailed Pegasus and they promptly sent me out a new part. I was very impressed with that. Over all the kit is very nice. I think it is a bit too big for use with the old Leading Edge Terminator miniatures I have some pictures showing a size comparison with the skulls on the base. Never the less, I intend to use it for Terminator Year of Darkness game play using the hide and hunt rules. Sorry I don't have size comparison info for the new Terminator miniatures game. I think the new minis are a bit bigger than the Leading Edge figures so this kit might go well with that game provided there are HK rules. I also have some photos of a size comparison between this kit and the T4 HK toy. Painting tips: Wash it with Dawn dish soap Spray-paint it silver with a black base Give the parts a black acrylic wash on the trees Build it Rewash it with black in the spots that need it Dry brush tin or copper on fans and burn sections. Dry brush the base with brown, white and add blue for that Terminator night look Pick out the details on the name plate and the skulls This kit would be easy to rig with lights. Final thoughts: A nice kit. I think it is priced slightly too high for how much is in the box and this will definitely keep away young builders. If you see this kit on sale I recommend you grab it. Having trouble reading the scale. Is that 1-32? I'm starting to see 15mm dropships EVERYWHERE. ;->= Oh, Glenn, you crack me up… Wait, 'coll'? Pot… Cattle… *lol* Doug |

Having trouble reading the scale. Is that 1-32? Based on the relative skull sizes it's at least 1/48. |
