Had fun on a rainy day running a solo game of Sikh War aggression, using Robert (Bob) Cordery's, "Bundock and Bayonet. link |

Enjoyed seeing this report, and the random scenario development tables. Wondering though why one was 2d6-2? |

Thanks! The table runs 0-10; at the time I couldn't find a d10 and so rolled 2d6 instead. |

Ah, so 2 to 12 on the table is ok. Were the tables from "Bundock & Bayonet" or something else set up for solo gaming the 19th century? |

It was great to see that my rules are still being used and that people are enjoying using them. An excellent battle report, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. |

Thanks Bob! GP, the table is something I put together, possibly the third version of it, the others involved higher math! I did redo the intro on how the game is played; I only included troop types common to the Wars, and made up my own iterpretation of what a jingal gun would be like when used by the Ghorchurras. GP, I may take this up to the Maine Wargamers Day in October, and offer it for play. |
