We played a game of Bolt Action a few weeks ago that my friend Bill put together.

We mostly play scenario type games and have only used Bolt Action a few times. Overall, I like the rules and think they work pretty well for the type of games we play. We do a little rules fudging when appropriate.

Nice looking game

Tough go with Shermans against Pak40s supported by Jagdpanthers

Very true. I thought about going through the countryside instead of the road, but there were lots of hedgerows and I didn't have cutters on the tanks.

The two Jagdpanthers were reinforcements and through luck of the draw they came on very early.

The results might have been a bit different if they hadn't come on for a few more turns.

It was still fun a fun game and I look forward to trying my hand at command again.
