Beautiful.
Always thought 2 mm would work when sides had widely different vivid colours and 1859-66 fits well.

What was the table size?

According to the scenario, 4 feet by 4 feet. I don't know if he was halving distances. The rules call for F&F style stands, 1 inch wide.
