Looks like Warlord Games will be the new distributor for Wargames Factory products.

Sorry if this isn't news….

A PARTNERSHIP OF HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE.

Historic Hubris more likely… really? This changes zip for me… Lord, spare me the hype!

Yes, I am a grouchy old man some days.

I always get them mixed up so this should make it easier, perhaps.

What Doug said!

That could see a clearout of old stock on Northstar then.
Just checked, looks like Nick had already cleared WF stock.

Will this "joining with" Warlord cause the price of WF to increase?

Ogden, my question exactly since I carry both lines.

The scuttlebutt on the Wargames Factory forum seems to indicate that there is genuine cause to believe the prices will increase.

Not only that, some of the lines will be dropped. The Ancients in the Might of Rome theme and the 'War of Empire' theme are what the last remaining employees of WGF have speculated will not be carried by Warlord (although they said these lines "may" be carried by another company – but they were not sure).

Warlord has rights to combine set contents or eliminate sets and/or contents at their discretion as part of this deal. Warlord will be the sole worldwide distributor of WGF products. Whether you will still see them in local shops, I have no idea – depends on how much Warlord stock they carry and how much Warlord promotes WGF, would be my speculation.
