Dan might just be taking a break from posting. Before his hiatus, many of his posts were becoming more political and confrontational. He might have decided to give TMP a rest for a while.
He was also in significant pain from his bad back. Has anyone heard how his lumbar fusion surgery went? TMP link |

His last message to me… "Hola Raul, Mil gracias por la notita. Aqui no muy bien. Todavia tengo problemas ocasionados por la operacion de mi espalda. El dolor es insoportable cuando intento caminar, pero no quiero depender demasiado de los medicamentos fuertes. Ademas, parece que estaban interfiriendo con mis otros medicamentos, resultando en manias impulsivas y periodos de obsesion. Aparte de eso, dos funerales de familiares, y otro en el hospital. No he podido ir a ninguno de ellos. Asi que, por ahora, creo que me voy a concentrar mas en esas cosas, aunque tengo un par de ideas que pienso consultar con el foro mas tarde esta semana…"

Guys, Thanks so much for your kind words and concerns. I'm still alive. While going through physical rehab for my back surgeries, my left knee went out and has inflated to the size of a basketball. Going to see my doctor tomorrow. I don't think I'm mentally or emotionally ready for another surgery and painful recovery this soon. I don't know if I can take that right now. Anyway, that's life. Enjoy your good health while you still have it. And take good care of your bodies (including not taking it beyond reasonable limits) or you might find your body showing wear and tear too soon. D |
