Nicely done! I would probably go for a little more contrast between the clothing colors and the flesh tones, and I would also probably put some color on the armor. Bare metal is very rarely seen on Japanese armor, even that of the lowly ashigaru.

Doug, the armour's got a black ink wash which the camera flash has all but eliminated
