I'm continuing to paint the new sculpts from Steve Barber's 42mm samurai. This is his civilian lady -- she comes with the parasol, but is easy to convert to hold other items (walking stick, hat, or maybe even a katana or wakizashi.)

Those kimono are more highly decorated than the ones saw in Japan during the decade I was there. And matching "kasa" (umbrella) to boot!
